COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The course is designed to develop students comprehending professional protocol, employer/employee expectations, goals, and guidelines. Students interviewing skills, enhancing office computer skills

COURSE INFORMATION:

Pre-requisite: keyboarding skills

Ability requirements: Basic reading and mathematics

Dress and grooming required by industry principles

Law and Ethics (Business and Clerical)

Course term: 8-12 weeks

Hours: 3 (Monday – Thursday)

Technology:  Recognize and operate various office equipment (computer, copier, calculator, etc)
