Randy – Earth Science Instructor, e- mailed the building plan along with pictures of the school to Kathleen Ledbetter. Randy will submit his class curriculum to Joyce Fairman via e-mail no latter than February 23, 2004 by 12:00 a.m. |

Kathleen – Has submitted to Joyce an updated Reference page and also the format for the Board of Directors in person. |

Karen - Science & Math Instructor, has instituted a budget for the proposal in along with internet web sites in which she has submitted the information via e-mail to Kathleen Ledbetter. Karen’s curriculum has been submitted to Joyce via e-mail and posted to the web site. |

Caryl - has instituted a budget proposal along with Karen in which she has submitted the information via e-mail to Kathleen Ledbetter. Caryl’s curriculum has been submitted to Joyce via-email and posted to the web site. |

Randy – has submitted pictures of the school, but will at a later date will submit pictures of the inside of the school. Also Randy will submit a proposed funding plan of the school, and also his curriculum for the Earth Science class. |

Kathleen – Has submitted to Joyce an outline of the administrative and budget proposal for the school via e-mail. |

Joyce – Has constructed the school via a free web site with all of the above information submitted to her from the group, the web site’s address will be e-mailed to the group by 2-6-04 no later than 12:00 a.m. |
